We stopped at this hotel only for food,but we were seated immediately. We ordered fish and chips and received it in about 5 minutes-the fastest service we've ever had. At the same time, the service was very friendly, professional, and full of irish humor, which we loved. The food was excellent, and the bread we were served before dinner was absolutely delicious, almost like dessert. After dinner, we were even given a printed recipe for the wonderful Treacle Bread. A fantastic experience in lovely place.

We've stayed here several times and each time we promise to return again, one night is not enough. Fabulous Hotel in Fabulous location., old style with new world comforts, (coffee machine would be a bonus) from arrival to departure our stay was perfect. .... lovely room, walk in shower, Fabulous food --- breakfast and dinner. I could go on, pure relaxation. Perfection.
The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful throughout the stay. The views and location are second to none! Great proximity to the local village and Connemara national park. Room had everything we needed and was comfy and clean but it could do with a little update to some of the interior furnishings. Plenty of parking and it is free.
