Location is amazing next to the niat important sights. Service and rooms for this price are okay, you should not look for a super comfortable hotel but if you want to explore the city and enjoy music in the enclosed pub definitely recommend. We had no problem with loud noises at night and slept well.

Guest reviews
Blooms Hotel averages 3.8 out of 5 across 1,451 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Everything was fine, the food was good enough and the rooms clean and orderly. Problem is that the street by the hotel is a nightlife spot, meaning you need to either be a heavy sleeper or bring earplugs. The views are great and the balcony was nice, though, plus it's close to quite a few bus stops
The rooms are fine for the price, but the real issues are the bar connected to the hotel & seagulls. Up all night with drunk people yelling and screaming on the street below leaving the bar followed by the street sweepers stirring up food off the pavement from 1 or 2 am onward that caused the seagulls to flock outside the window and squawk all night and morning long. It never stopped. For hours I listened to drunks and seagulls. Finally got up at around 5 am when the sun started to come up since I clearly wasn’t going to be able to sleep. I’ve been all over the world and never even encountered a hotel this noisy in places like New York & Delhi. The amount of noise was ungodly. I’m so tired.…
