Sadly to say the rooms were not up to spec especially paying for the prices you pay in Dublin. I was only spending one night however not really much to get out of considering there was a bar in reception a very well set up bar however not in use. I know they had a bar downstairs which was lively!!!!! And no breakfast included? For the price you pay it's not the staffs fault it's the owners faults do everything on the cheap. I couldn't understand why the bar In the reception was not in use I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has bad knees and I know I'm going on about the reception bar it's because I brought my dad with me who's 83 and we really wanted a quite one unfortunately it…

Kelly’s hotel warns you it will be loud, but they don’t take any measures to help with the noise other than some cheap ear plugs. They could easily provide loud fans for each room, doors to the bedrooms to keep areas quieter, and at least consider updating the windows so that the noise from the street is not so bothersome. Even after the loud bars closed at 2:30am, you could still hear every word of conversations on the street with all of the windows shut. The hallway to the room has a public bathroom for the bar just below it, and people running up and down the stairs, drunk and incredibly loud. Speaking of bathrooms - the bathroom in our room does not have a door and only has a glass…
