What a wonderful hotel!! The hotel is central, great location and walking distance to all the sites, shopping and pubs. The staff is extremely accommodating. They stored my medication in the bar fridge. We had a slight hiccup with the A/C and they did everything to rectify the situation. We ended up moving rooms and they gave us complimentary breakfast. Excellent breakfast also! Full buffet of whatever your heart desires in the morning. I would stay again 💯.

This is one of the most friendly Premier Inns I have ever stayed in. The staff have always been extra helpful and friendly. I visit every year to spend a weekend and see a show. I'd never consider staying anywhere else. They only offer a small menu as it's a smaller Premier Inn, but the food is always good and the drinks are very reasonable. Thank you to Barbara and the team. You are all amazing.
Stayed over with a large group (work getaway). Service was good, friendly staff. The room was clean with a lovely comfy bed. Considering where the hotel is I was very surprised how quiet it was (great glazing) and great blackout curtains!. Breakfast was lovely.
