We just had a family lunch in restaurant. I love the upgrade. Place is so much brighter and cleaner. Additional simple decoration made huge difference. Food was brilliant. Especially steak.... And staff as always very welcoming. Vojtech as always made our lunch as enjoyable as possible.

Last Wednesday I went to have lunch with my friends at the hotel’s restaurant. Honestly, I really liked the food, but above all I loved the service we received from the waiter, whose name was Guille. His treatment of us was excellent. Highly recommended.
So a mixed tale here. We booked a 3 single bed family room. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed. But it was really hot in the room and as we were right next to the main road we could not open the window. This resulted in 4.5 hours of sleep. I went to reception 1st thing. Micheal was exceptionally helpful and he relocated us to a different room on the inside of the hotel. This was much quieter than the other room and much cooler as we were able to open the window. Resulting in a much better night's sleep. The rooms were clean and tidy.
