We were there for two weeks. The hotel is clean and secure. Rooms are decent and an adequate size. The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to enhance your stay. The breakfast is very good. The location is excellent. A grocery across the street. High end medical care in a neighboring building. Two blocks from a major shopping mall, with a cinema. Excellent restaurants nearby. A wonderful park with 3 ponds is a pleasant walk on the opposite side of the mall. Highly recommend staying here.

The one positive about this hotel is that the staff are very friendly. However, everything else was terrible. We stayed for 4 days and had to wear our coats in the room because it was so cold. Spoke to the staff a few times and nobody fixed it, even though they assured me they could change the room temperature on the computer in the office. The kettle leaked, I asked for a replacement and they said 10 minutes. It took 24hrs, I had to go back to reception the next day. The room wasn't cleaned on the 3rd day, I had to go and ask for towels as well as tea/milk. Self service breakfast was decent but for the price we paid I would prefer tea in a teapot, not in a disposable cup from a machine. I…
