Came here for a long weekend, i am totally satisfied with the service to say the least. Firstly we had a significant flight delay so we called up to explain and theg was very understanding and made a note so our room didn’t get marked as ‘non arrival’. When we arrived it was 1:30am and yet we was met with the most pleasant staff and amazing customer service. we stayed in an accessible room as one of us have additional needs and need accommodations. On arrival the room was more than expected and had all the safety features required for an adaptive room with a pressing alarm bed side, a pull alarm bed side, walk in shower with hand rails all over the bathroom, lowered sink and the option to…

Guest reviews
Premier Inn Dublin City Centre averages 4.2 out of 5 across 300 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
The Hotel was clean, well maintained and quiet. Darren always had a smile on their face, check in was smooth and we had everything explained to us about breakfast etc without needing to ask. A query with our booking was investigated and rectified in the blink of an eye. We ate at the hotel, where we had the pleasure of meeting Jane. Their hospitality was fantastic and made sure we were looked after from the get go. I would advise Premier Inn to give these folks as much recognition and gratitude as possible. Thanks to you both!
Stayed for three nights and the room was very spacious. No mini fridge or microwave. Adjustable room temperature. We only ever interacted with the evening staff and they seemed to be rather uninterested in their jobs or their customers. Very strange interactions with them each time. We did eat supper at the restaurant one night as it was late and we couldn’t find anything else; I had the chicken katsu curry and the flavour was actually pretty good. Large portion too. Would stay again!
