Spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. My partner is in a wheelchair and we were given an accessible room with no issues after contacting the hotel. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate. Bruno, one of the reception staff members was extremely helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. The hotel is completely accessible for a wheelchair. The breakfast was always perfect. Our room was spacious and well adapted for a wheelchair user. Right in the centre of Dublin with a minute walk to Temple Bar, and only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel had a beautiful smell and the cleanliness was excellent. Would 100% recommend staying here. We will hopefully get to visit…

Had dinner at the new Mercantile restaurant Saturday evening. Lovely atmosphere, great menu. The food was excellent quality across starters, main and desserts. Service was professional and courteous. The location is great. We will be back. Recommend it to anyone looking for a great town centre location for food.

I'm currently staying at this wonderful hotel and couldn't be happier with the experience. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what has truly made my stay exceptional is the outstanding service from the staff, especially Andrea and Bruno. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations. They were always ready with a warm smile and genuine care, making me feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. Thank you, Andrea and Bruno, for making this stay truly memorable!
