Great experience in a new hotel. Loved the red black concept. Great location, underground car park and great service. Everybody was happy with the dinner and breakfast. Standing out dish - seafood chowder, best chowder we have ever had. Only thing I’d change here to make even better is softer soda bread. Fish tacos were tasty but for 2 pieces they should have 2 tortilla wraps instead one. Ryan served us great cocktails at the rooftop cocktail bar, nailed margarita and whiskey sour recipes. Beer choice is quite poor yet but nothing in time that cannot be changed. Would recommend more local draft beers. Overall superb stay.

Had the best weekend staying here while visiting Galway! The hotel has such a fun, laid-back vibe, stylish but still super comfy. The staff were lovely from start to finish, really helpful and welcoming. Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Great location too, easy to walk everywhere. Wow what an amazing new Hotel. The decor is nothing I have seen before. The details in the rooms to make your stay more comfortable and easy. Loving the black housecoat and slippers. Location was good for me for work. Everything looked easy to get to.
