This hotel was recommended to me by a good friend and I am so glad I went!! The thing that really made our stay was the staff, from check in to dinner and everyone who was working at the Kid's Club, they were all so lovely! The hotel is incredibly child friendly, my daughter had such a wonderful time at all the kid's activities and she absolutely cannot wait to go back! Great location, great food but most importantly, brilliant staff who genuinely care about you! Would highly recommend staying here!

Really friendly staff and great atmosphere overall. Bar was lively with a band playing & guests up dancing. Location is ideal, less than 10 min bus ride to Eyre square. Rooms are nice and breakfast was very good. Leisure centre could do with a makeover but don't let that put you off as the rest of the amenities are spot on
Lovely big hotel with all amenities. Rooms were great. Staff was excellent . Everything about the hotel itself is 100% Location was about a 25 minute walk from city centre so a little too far for a quick pop out.
