Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel itself is beautiful and in such a great location, everything we needed was just a short walk away. But what really made it special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about making your stay a great one. 10/10 would stay again

Guest reviews
Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel averages 4.3 out of 5 across 1,054 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Nicely located in walking distance from the castle. Rooms are tidy and prob warm in winter, but in Summer they were a tad on the warm side. Hotel bar is really nice with good drinks and music. Breakfast was included, and well worth it. Wide selection of breakfast food and you get the choice of one warm option. Lovely stay!
This hotel is probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. It is the third hotel in this group we have stayed in. The room was amazing, comfortable, beautifully designed, clean and quiet at night. I could not fault it. The breakfast was amazing. It did not have lots of variety but what was there was very good. The porridge was very nice and I often don't like porridge. The manager was friendly and supportive of new staff and all other staff. It was clear she worked closely with them and I am sure it was valued. There was all female staff serving breakfast. We had one evening meal in Ember and it is this experience which really upset me personally and translated into three stars…
