We visited the gardens a couple of weeks ago and we were very impressed. The gardens are beautiful, very well maintained but also have a lovely natural flow to them. It has a very calming effect on one's mind. We chatted with the gardener, a really lovely person, and he informed us about the plants and humoured us with other stories. There is a vegetable and herb garden, a bamboo trail, a forest walk, a formal garden with a pretty summer house overlooking a pond. We had lunch in the cafe and all the vegetables were from the garden. The rhubarb tart was the best! The cafe staff were most polite and friendly. I would happily return again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

It was amazing. I loved it. It's not too far away from the beach. The ONLY bad thing about it is if you are sleeping in the coaches hut, the peacocks will wake you up at 7:30am . Apart from that it is amazing and there's a café beside the hut as well .
Beautiful Gardens, with lots to see. Had a very welcome cuppa & the rhubarb slice was just delicious. Definitely recommend a visit. Didn't actually stay in hotel but would love to on a return visit.
