I enjoyed my stay here to visit my friends in Waterford. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place felt very quaint. It's about as close to your home as you can imagine. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's located a little further from Waterford than I liked.

Stayed here over a week for work down at the port. Food was superb and just what you needed after a long day at work. Staff superb and so friendly. Warm and welcoming hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I would stay here if having a holiday in Waterford (from Scotland).
The rooms are decorated nicely and the staff is very friendly. However, there was one big issue. In the restaurant where dinner was served, there was mold on one of the walls, directly next to our table, which was a very uncomfortable experience. Edit: the staff reacted quickly to the issue and provided us with a new table.
