Room service doesn't do its job properly, outdated information about tea/coffee sent out. Rooms are spacious, the bathroom lacks some touch-up and a plain plastic shower curtain is not appropriate for the money. Breakfast is average, no hot options, pastries don't taste like freshly made.
For 3 star hotel really nice. Clean,good bed, especially pillow 👍 coffee/tea, biscuits,bottled water 👍 you won't see this in many 3 star hotels. But food was really terrible. Soup was sour,they said it has to be like that,never had veg soup tasting like this 🤷 Had burger with chips. Burger was ok but chips were bad. Also friends had beef and two of them got one portion of salad 🤦, malteser desert was old, strawberry also long time in fridge (refused to pay for it), breakfast noting special - no hot food. They call it intercontinental breakfast so just wondering what was on that intercontinental 😂 staff was nice 👍 for this price can have 4 star hotel with good food 😉 anyway thanks
