The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The food was delicious! All the little sections/rooms of the restaurant made for cozy, private meals with our large group! In the evenings we took our treats to the common area open space with no problem! Great location just off the city square!

Guest reviews
Benners Hotel averages 4.4 out of 5 across 815 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
10/10 for this hotel. I left a message in my room asking for more tea, and got this lovely positive, professional and helpful response:) It made my day. Please Find this employee and send a Big Thank You. And to all Staff who were lovely all the way. What a Pleasant for days stay ♡
This is a fine hotel in the centre of Tralee town. The accommodation is good, however over the bath showers are not ideal, quite dangerous in fact. The staff are v helpful. I will finish by saying that the breakfast is absolutely dreadful to the point that I actually went elsewhere to eat morning two, having already paid to breakfast at the hotel. It is a totally unacceptable offering.
