The experience at the hotel was not the best. The hotel is quite basic. The room is old. The bathroom is not entirely spotless. If you’re staying in summer, there’s no air conditioning, so be prepared to be hot in the room. If you get a room facing the main street, you won’t be able to sleep well because with the windows open you can hear everything. The breakfast is quite basic, with not much variety, and make sure to arrive early because at 10 a.m. they clear everything away, it’s not like other hotels that give you a few extra minutes. In conclusion, for the price the hotel charges, it’s not worth it. It should be cheaper for what they offer, the experience is not good.

Guest reviews
Hotel Brandon averages 3.9 out of 5 across 1,531 reviews. A selection, quoted as written:
Ran into a lot of issues for a 1 night stay. Wifi was painstakingly slow and cut in and out every few seconds. Room was uncomfortably warm, the mattresses were sunken in, and showers did not drain effectively and left you standing in a pool of water. Pretty disappointing.
Where do I start...... The good points 1. Location to town centre is very good. The bad points 1. First room we were put was very small and very dated, smelled musty and bathroom badly in need of a lick of paint. 2. Moved to another room which was larger but again still dated and needing a touch up. 3. Our room couldn't be locked from the inside as latch wouldn't turn. 4. TV didn't work and after asking reception to have someone call up ..... well it still wasn't working when we checked out after our 2 night stay. 5. Mattress was sunken and definitely in need of replacing. 6. Breakfast was such a let down , bacon was hardly cooked and the sausages and pudding didn't look any more…
